Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning and tracking.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned equipment for wear and tear; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
